CHESS this Sunday, November 8, 2026 and Wednesday, Nov. 11th at Starbucks!

Hi Everyone!

Just a short note to confirm that we continue to meet every Sunday and Wednesday afternoon at our usual Starbucks venue in the Clayton Shopping Center! Players of all ages and skill levels are welcome to come and go anytime from 3:00 p.m. through to closing time to enjoy the fun and challenge of the game of chess over the boards!

We're certainly there this Sunday, November 8th and Wednesday, Nov. 11th --- there are no dues, and there usually is a chess puzzle to solve, with the first player who solves it on his or her first try winning a free tall Starbucks drink of choice!

By the way, our next club tournament is scheduled for Sunday, November 29. 2026. More details to follow...

See you soon, and be open to making new friends and renewing old friendships --- last week we welcomed Dounglas, who is new to the club, and Jonathan, who we haven't seen playing chess with us in several years!!
