Hi Everyone . . . !
It's the challenge and fun of
chess over the boards again this Wednesday evening, Octorber 5, 2016, from 5:30
p.m. - 9:00 p.m. at Starbucks, located at 1536 Kirker Pass Rd., Clayton,
Calif., come by anytime, the earlier the better for the best tables, more
games, and some really nice company!
Last week's session saw several
players come by for a game or two or three. We hadn't seen Hanza in quite
a while, and without any warmup he played Rich K. at least a couple of games
before the night was over. Also on hand were Tony T., Jonathan, Mike T.,
Chris Th., Tom H., and Mike T. for several games, which even included towards
the end of the evening a four-handed game of Chronology!
If you're new (all ages and
skill levels welcome) or haven't been by in a while, drop in, let us know how
you're doing, get in a game or two, renew some old friendships, and make new
ones!
